1. Custom Service Disclaimer
As a same-day and scheduled A-to-B delivery service, all jobs are carried out based on individual requests. Due to the tailored nature of our work, we do not offer standard product refunds.

2. Cancellations

Free cancellation is available up to 12 hours before your scheduled collection time.

Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled time may incur a charge to cover driver allocation and operational costs.

Same-day cancellations are non-refundable unless caused by an error on our part.
3. No-Show or Incomplete Deliveries

If no one is present at the collection or delivery address at the agreed time, we reserve the right to charge for the missed trip.

In the event of an incomplete delivery due to inaccessible addresses or incorrect details, we may offer a rescheduling fee rather than a refund.
4. Delays and Disruptions

While we strive for punctuality, Dobe Express is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, or other circumstances beyond our control.

No refunds will be issued for delays outside of our responsibility.
